1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ace44 ("ace44", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ace44 website, mobile platform, casino games, sports betting services, payment facilities and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use any part of the ace44 platform. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you consent to be bound by it without reservation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ace44 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ace44 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction across all products and services. Any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets or participating in any promotional activity on the platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the ace44 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, current and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, voluntary cooling-off period or account restriction imposed by ace44 or any other gaming operator.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming, sports betting and other core services on the ace44 platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. Each player may register one account only. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You must not register using false, misleading or third-party personal details.

ace44 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at the point of registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and at any other time ace44 considers necessary to comply with its internal compliance standards. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide all documents requested in a timely manner.

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number that is registered in your own name and accessible for OTP verification purposes.
• You must not register on behalf of any third party or allow any third party to use your account.
• Corporate, business or institutional account registrations are not permitted on the ace44 platform.
• ace44 reserves the right to decline any registration application without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ace44 account credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. ace44 will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify ace44 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any unauthorised use of your credentials, or any other breach of account security. ace44 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ace44 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ace44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are published in the Cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in your own name. ace44 does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• ace44 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request above internal thresholds.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are typically reflected in your account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• ace44 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges; ace44 has no control over such third-party fees.
• Any funds credited to your account in error must be reported to the support team immediately. ace44 reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credits at any time.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ace44 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and seasonal rewards to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that particular offer.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and qualifying game contributions are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• ace44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Attempting to claim multiple welcome offers through different accounts is classified as bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• ace44 reserves the right to void any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable promotion rules.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players. ace44 may exclude professional gamblers or players exhibiting systematic bonus exploitation from promotional programmes.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the ace44 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi. Each game operates in accordance with its own rules, pay-table and return-to-player (RTP) parameters as set by the relevant game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

All slot, table and live casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing procedures supervised by the relevant game provider. ace44 does not manipulate game outcomes. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ace44 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or glitches for financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known platform error are void and subject to reversal.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with any game studio employee to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or interfere with any part of the ace44 platform, its software or its underlying infrastructure.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward ace44 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace44 platform — including but not limited to the ace44 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software code, promotional materials and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ace44 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any rights to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the ace44 platform or its content without the prior written consent of ace44.

Game content, including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is licensed to ace44 for display and operation on the platform. Unauthorised use of any game assets is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or any failure of third-party payment systems such as bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

ace44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. ace44 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

ace44 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ace44 implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your personal information.

ace44 will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to fulfil its service obligations (e.g., payment processing via bKash, Nagad or Rocket) or as required by applicable law. 12 Responsible Gaming

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ace44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime.
• Evidence of multiple account registration or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A determination that the account holder is under the age of 21.
• Compliance with any legal, regulatory or law enforcement requirement.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable upon account closure.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ace44 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notification of material changes will be provided via a notice displayed on the platform and/or an email to your registered email address. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ace44 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the ace44 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. ace44 does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction and it is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform complies with local laws.
